Who we are
This site and its demos are run by Jason Keller, an individual (sole proprietor). Contact: contact@jasonkeller.dev.
What we collect
- Demo conversations. When you chat with or call a demo assistant, we process what you say or type so the assistant can answer. Conversation records may be kept for a limited time to run and improve the demos. Please don't share sensitive personal information in a demo.
- Text message (SMS) opt-in. If you ask for a text, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent: the question you were asked, your answer, the date and time, and the conversation ID. We also keep a record of the texts we send you and of any STOP or START replies.
- Email. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
How we use it
We use your mobile number only to send the texts you asked for, the opt-in confirmation, and replies to HELP, STOP and START. We use consent records to prove consent and to honor opt-outs. We don't use your number for marketing.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers that host this service and deliver our messages, only as needed to provide it, or when required by law. All of these categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to texts from KAI Automation (Jason Keller), we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent. We use it only to send the texts you requested (up to 5 texts per demo conversation), the opt-in confirmation, and replies to HELP, STOP and START. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. SMS Terms: https://jasonkeller.dev/sms-terms.
Mobile information and SMS/messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
We keep consent and opt-out records for at least five years, even after you opt out, so we can prove consent and keep honoring your opt-out. Demo conversation records are kept for a limited time.
Security
We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, and logs that don't store full phone numbers or message contents.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. To ask about, correct, or delete your information (beyond records we must keep to honor an opt-out), email contact@jasonkeller.dev.
Children
The demos and texts are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date above.
